I am trying to change my password.... How do I do that ?


Also would like to go paperless billing...

Sign into self-serve:

Click on Self Serve again and it brings up a list. Click on Profile. and change your password there. For Paperless billing Log in to Self Serve. Click on Change Address. Click on Change Bill Type / Notifications. Select Go Paperless and choose your notification preference. Tap Confirm Changes.
