I am being charged for my cell phone bill on two different credit cards how do I cancel one of them

Do you just have the one phone with Koodo that you are being charged the same amount on two different credit cards for? If so I would suggest contacting Koodo through facebook (https://m.me/Koodo), twitter dm, or over the phone and they should be able to fix this for you.

Hey Celia! I see that all your payments have been taken out of the same credit card.  Only one credit card can be registered for pre-authorized payments at a time. I do see that you recently changed your credit card information, and all future payments will go towards the new card on your account.  Hope this clarifies things 🙂
