It shouldn't really be possible to uninstall the stock dialer app (Phone), no matter how skillful the Nimrod at the party was. It should only be possible to turn it off (disable it), and that's easy to undo (though perhaps not easy enough for the other Nimrods at the Sprint store). From the Home screen, tap the Menu button, then Settings, then the More tab, then Application manager. Scroll the column headings at the top toward the right, past Running and All to Turned off. Look to see if Phone is in that Turned off list, and if it is, just tap it and then tap the Turn on button. If that's what happened, this will fix it easily.

What are you talking about a nimrod at a party Robert? I don't see any mention of a party or sprint or anything like that in this thread

Possibly Robert is attending a VERY private party, Paul!

Though more likely it is a direct quote from the original source without clean-up.

Oops. Forgot the clean-up part. But the essential is there which is :

From the Home screen, tap the Menu button, then Settings, then the More tab, then Application manager. Scroll the column headings at the top toward the right, past Running and All to Turned off. A nimrod is

Orginally from the Biblical Nimrod, a mighty hunter, it has come to mean [b]socially inadequate

Out of context tho

Do you mean you deleted your phone from your Koodo account through self serve?

If you mean it got removed from the quick launch bar at the bottom of the screen, open the app drawer (list of all the apps on the phone), find the phone app, then tap and hold the app and drag it to the quick launch bar.
