Hi Dez,

You will need to contact Koodo by dialling *611 from your mobile phone and see if they can reverse the payment/charge. It's not something that we can do here.

Like Mathieu says, call them direct. We have no access to personal account info on this board. The last person reporting this had the charges reversed pronto.
