my android HTC M9 stopped connecting with emails  need help to set up

Hi Arlene, is your other data usage working such as your web browser? If not check your APN settings and make sure they're set to those of Koodo's.... See below for Koodo's APN parameters Name: KOODO APN: sp.koodo.com Proxy: 74.49.0.18 Port: 80 Username: leave blank Password: leave blank Server: leave blank MMSC: http ://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc MMS Proxy server: 74.49.0.18 MMS Port: 80 MCC: 302 MNC: 220 Authentication type: No set APN type: No set Tap menu key, then tap Save. Make sure the radio button is selected to activate data.

Which email client are you using that isn't working? If data is working as normal you can try removing and adding back after checking if notifications hasn't been changed in settings.
