How to unlock my phone?

Hi Koodo,

I am trying to contact Koodo, but where is the email us button. I recently cancelled my phone line because I was moving out of the country and now I found out that my phone is locked. How do I unlock my phone? I could not do it through self-serve.

Unlocking your Koodo phone is free! And you might be able to do so via Self Serve, if you qualify. Log into Self Serve using the link below and click "manage" beside "Unlock your phone".
Login to Self Serve

If you're unable to unlock your Koodo phone in Self Serve, you'll need the help of a rep --> https://koodo.ca.ada.support/chat/?language=en

You can also send them a message through Facebook or Twitter. Have the IMEI number of the phone handy to give them. There is no email address to use.

Check the time of the phone purchase, if you bought if after 1Dec2017, your phone should be unlocked already.
