Question

How to talk to someone in customer service? New to this company


I just got a new phone yesterday with a new company(Koodo), the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. I bought the phone through a kiosk in Superstore called The Mobile Shop.  I wasn't given a $100.gift card and the phone wasn't $0 as stated. I had to pay almost $200. upfront. I've been trying to get a hold of someone who works with customer service but can't seem to reach anyone. Does anyone know how I go about reaching someone with customer service questions?

@Jenny, what location was the Mobile Shop at? I would strongly urge you to go back to the store ask, for the manager and tell them what happened. If you still get nowhere pls post at he Mobile Shop's phone number and the name of the manager here. I hope they are able to clear things up for you. Thanks!
The location was Antigonish, Nova Scotia! I did get PC Points for using my PC card, but should I still receive the.gift card as well?

I see you account now,and they should have explained to you at the Mobile Shop that to get TAB it has certain eligibility requirements (credit etc.). The.gift-card is also tied to having the phone purchased on TAB. I think this explains now what happened.

I did purchase the phone through the Tab though. Does my account not qualify for the.gift card?

@Jenny the Mobile Shop supposed to give you PC points on your account for the amount of the promo. Can you pls see if that was applied? Thanks!

Yes, I did receive $125 worth of PC points.

I tried to do that but when I open the link that I get in an email it says something like there is no account linked to this profile. Was I charged almost $200 because I have a spending limit on my account? 
Also, is there anyway that I can talk to someone with Koodo with customer service? I was with Virgin Mobile before I went to Koodo and they had lots of customer care representatives.

Is there anything I can help you with here Jenny? It's quicker than calling customer service and having to wait on the phone. That said you can still call us although there are service fees depending on what it is you'd like us to look into. Any changes on the account that you can do yourself for free online, it's $10 for our reps to do it for you.

I'd just like to talk to them about the.gift card and about the fees charged to my account(the tab, etc.) To go back to the store where I purchased the phone I will need to travel a long distance. I just figured it would be easier to ask about these things to a care specialist. With that being said, I called *611 from my phone but the menu seems a little different and I can't seem to find the option to talk to a care specialist. Thanks for replying Bernard!
