I would like to know if there is a protocol for returning a phone I am unsatisfied with, whilst keeping my account with Koodo? I recently switched from Rogers and upgraded my Note 3 to an S7, but I am very disappointed with the S7 and would really like to return to using my Note 3 (In anticipation of buying a Note 8 eventually).
It has been less than 15 days since my purchase and the phone is in brand new condition. Could I bring it in store to expedite the process? I'm concerned that by the time I receive an answer it will be too late and I will be forced to keep using this phone... Any help is much appreciated!!
