How to report koodo network problems?

At my girlfriend's house I have noticed a big drop in cell phone signal within the last 2 months, the cell phones use to work fine before but not especially in the basement the reception is pretty much non existent where as I used to have 2 to 3 bars before. I though it might of been my phone but my GF is with Virgin Mobile which uses the Bell towers which are the same as Koodo and Telus and she also noticed the drop in reception. I have talked to the neighbors and they also noticed a drop in reception as well. How do I go about reporting this issue?

Currently have a Galaxy S3.

Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636).
Hours of operation (Eastern Standard Time):
  • Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 7pm
  • Sunday: 9am - 7pm
I need to know what the hell koodo did to my cell I'm not even close to going over my data and yet I can't use my GPS hell I can't even use it being at home cuz it won't connect with my internet connection I'm seriously pissed !!!! I have a galaxy a50

Anyway, did you try to restart your phone? What did it say in your selfserve? When you mentioned GPS you meant you cannot use Map app? what was the error?
