How to reactivate a deactivated prepaid plan?

If it's been less than 90 days since your last top up, you can just top up and use your service again. If it's been more than 90 days then you'll need to get a new sim and a new number. Any unused funds or boosters would be lost.
My phone is working, the auto payment comes off my visa every month, but the self serve web account says my service has been de -activated? And it won't allow me to apply a talk booster that I purchased at a kooko kiosk.
