I am the manager of my account, but someone else is the the owner of the account, and I can't change it so that the name in the mailing address is [i]my name, and not the customer name.
Can anyone help me change the name on the mailing address?

I believe the owner of the account will have to contact Koodo to have it changed. If its possible. Best of luck.View original
