How to change my phone


I would like to know how to change my phone. I'm with Koodo since octobre 2012 I think, and I never changed my phone. Also, I know that I need to pay approximately $45 to put my ''balance'' to zero. So, do I need to pay it all before changing my cellphone, even if i'm with you since over 2 years?

Yes, if you still have a negative balance you'll need to pay it off first before upgrading. You can do this immediately online and have it billed to your next invoice. Or you can visit a kiosk.
