Unless you purchased the extended warranty, you're entitled to exactly zero (0) replacement phones. If your phone had a defect, you can send it in for warranty repair or replacement at the manufacturers discretion. Koodo can provide you a loaner phone while your phone is being assessed.
If you did purchase the extended warranty, you're eligible for two (2)replacements for a fee determined by the terms of your warranty agreement.
