How long does it take for a plan to take effect, and how do I know if I have a data block???


I have an lg g3 and I recently changed plans so I could get data. It has changed on the self serve, and I can see I am on the new plan. I cannot get any data, I have been restarting my phone all day yesterday and still nothing. Wtf??

Hello Jak.

You might have data disabled on your phone or maybe you have a data block. Contact Koodo via FB or by phone (longer wait times) so they can remove it.
