I sent an email to them because I had details I didn't want to share online.
I had a lot of strange data activity on my phone. In a span of say 15 minutes my data allotment was practically used up. I was driving and not using my phone. This has never happened to me before and I've been a customer for about 1 1/2 years.
I'm using a Samsung Note 2.
I called on Tuesday and was told there was a glitch in the system and that I won't be charged for the overage (currently at $25). But I logged in today and saw the overage fee tacked on.
To complicate things further, I have no way of knowing how much data I'm really using. Since the online system and #123 say the same thing. This is very frustrating.
I sent an email on Thursday as a follow up. But I didn't receive an auto reply... not sure if Koodo has one?
