how do I view my airtime usage now that the app updated?

Very sorry to hear that but no one can access the system during an upgrade

I wish they're were a 24 hr contact line to somebody who can access my account. I am budgeting now and work early. 24 hr in-app messaging or a customer service phone number should be a thing.

Have you tried self serve online if the app isn't working? Are you talking about the system upgrade maybe? This will take a while. Try tomorrow morning maybe.
