How do I turn data blocking off?


I had data blocking active on my koodo plan, but would like to turn it off.  Could you tell me where on self serve I can do this?

As far as Im aware, you have to call in to do this. I cant find anywhere in self serve to unblock data.

My apologies, I thought u mean the 100% limit data block. If you meant the Data block for picture messaging, follow Gorans Instructions below

Do you know the number to call? is it 611?  I did have 100% data block enabled.  I just changed plans to include data and I am unable to connect through data on my phone.  I'm wondering if they still have data block activated.

yes dial 611 from your phone and they can help you out!

before calling, toggle airplane mode. and reboot your phone. The new plan should kick data back in, but it could be an error so you may need to call

The old-data block add-on cannot be removed in Self Serve. It won't even show up as an active add-on. A call to customer service is required, as Chadwick mentioned.

Recently I switched my wife to a data plan and couldn't get data working. I checked Self Serve, and it didn't show that data block was active. But I was sure that I had added it long time ago so I decided to call in and turns out that it was indeed active.
