How do I send thanks to head office regarding their employees


Sean from Seaway Mall in Welland, Ontario, Canada and Calvin from El Salvador were unbelievably helpful when we were setting up the account for my 35 year old cousin who has MS.  Because my cousin was unable to remember his passwords, Sean reset everything, set us up with online banking, changed his plan online and couldn't have been more compassionate.  When problems arose with his Mobile Data, I called the help line and Calvin from El Salvador actually called me back at my house, on my cell phone and patiently waited online until I drove to my cousin's apartment where we were walked through the process of changing his phone settings. Please send these young men a gold star or whatever Koodo does to show appreciation for such wonderful customer service.

Thanks for the post Mare! No need to do anything else. We will definitely pass your comment onto Sean and Calvin's support people. 
I deleted my comments. After I wrote them I decided to try calling one more time. I guess 4th times a charm. My phones on back order. They just hadn't emailed me yet. I apologize for my little rant.
