Technically you aren't held to Koodo with a contract. You have a phone on a tab for two years. There is no cancellation fee if you leave. You just pay out the remainder of your tab as that's what the cost would cost if bought upfront. Just go forward two years from the day you got it on tab. I cannot recall if it says how many months is left, but you can just divide what self-serve says you have left by the monthly tab amount to see when it ends.

If you are n Tab M, then 10 month to go.

But, you can always pay off your Tab early and upgrade your phone anytime if you want.

If your phone is over 2 years old, as you suggest in your other thread, than you can purchase a new phone on a Tab without a payout of your current phone.

Update: You have had your phone for about 15 months, so there would still be a buyout for the Tab, as Goran describes.

Hey Lisa!

Did Allan's suggestion help or would you still need some help in getting your self-serve account to work?
