How do i get plan discount


have now got my new plan threw Koodo. how do I get my company discount. Called them and they said that would have to be done threw my company, but the company has said to call Koodo... help please 😞

Your company if they have a deal with koodo to offer discounts then it's your company that should have the paperwork.

Usually there is one supervisor or manager that has the paperwork at your business location and she/he will have the paperwork that needs to be filed...as well as the koodo company contact. What you may want to try is talk to other people with koodo at your company....they will know who your companys contact person is.....since any changes have to go through that person
hummm well I did speak with my HR person but they had no idea. I know of one person who signed up with Koodo and the sales person did it all for them. maybe see who that person was and see who it was they were talking to ... thank you

You need to ask your HR department for an EPP (Employee Purchase Plan) for Koodo, if they can not provide it then give Koodo Customer Care a call and ask for the EPP contact email so that you can contact them and get a copy of the form!

Loblaws corporate stores (excluding No Frills) and Walmart employees get 25% off their Koodo plans for one year at a time. They need to reapply for it each year and prove they still work there to get it again. Usually for Loblaws, you need to talk to Mobile Shop staff, if you have one in your store. They have the form for you to fill out, the manager signs off on it, and you'll see the discount on your following bill. If not, call a Mobile Shop at a nearby store and ask them to email a copy to you. As for Walmart, try talking to electronics. The Mobile guys should be there but if your store doesn't have a Mobile, maybe ask another Walmart near you if they have it. Make sure you attach a copy of your most recent paystub. I did these all the time for employees at the Zehrs my kiosk was in.
