How do I get my plan back it has been suspended

You're a monthly customer who was suspended for non payment??
Or your phone is just showing no service....

If you can still make calls to *611 but noone else then you are likely suspended due to non-payment.
You can stay on the line with that number to make a payment for the amount, or to talk to customer service.

If your phone can't even make calls to *611 then you likely are having other phone issues.
