Did you log in > Phone service > Change SIM Card > submit > then back to main/balance page?
Try clearing browsing history and try again.
If you still have issues, you have to call Koodo. *611 from your koodo phone,option 6 for tech support.
Tell them you tried change your SIM through self serve, but system didn't let you.(it keep skipping to my balance page). They will help you
