How do I activate my new phone


I bought a new koodo phone and sim card to use with my existing plan and I cant find out how to activate it. The website refreshes and redirects me away from the old page to the one with usage dials on it. I am getting pretty frustrated .

If you're already an existing customer, like your post suggests, then log into self-serve and change your sim card via change your phone option. Once thats done, put the sim card into the phone and you're good to go. Its actually quite a simple process.

Thanks for the quick reply. Its strange, the site shows the new phone model and sim card number already. Samsung Galaxy 4s. and yes I am an existing customer Does it take a few days to start to work? Should I add the info again and see if that works?
Ok I re-did it and its all set and working. Thank you again for the response and suggestions
