How come your return service doesn't answer emails or calls? Is this purposely set up to frustrate the customer from returning anything?

They are overloaded right now with [i]"Heads up! Due to the high number of Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders, your phone may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Sit tight! We're working as fast as we can" posted on their website.

You could leave a voicemail indicating who you are and account number, so they could have a record of the date you requested, and later you could also mentioned it in following up exchanges.

Are you using the webstore number/email or Koodo's number? The webstore is only open Tuesday through Friday, 3pm to 9pm EST if that helps any.

Hmm weird, I’ve called the webstore yesterday and today. Both times a webstore Rep answered. If you get to the part where it asked you to leave a voicemail. You can hang-up and try again.
