How can I contact Koodo to report a problem with their self serve website?

I am trying to access the self serve website to purchase a talk booster, but the website is completely unresponsive. the servers just won't deliver any webpages beyond the login page, my browser is kept perpetually waiting for the server to respond. I tried calling Koodo to report this problem, but their system then insists on charging me $5 to talk to them to report that their system is broken. How can I call someone at Koodo to report a technical failure of their system?

Hi Jason,

There are no issues with Self Serve at the moment, so it is most likely on your end. Try doing the following:
1)    Make sure to use a web browser that the website was built to support. These web browsers are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. Please note that the default browser in Windows 10, Microsoft Edge has not been announced as supported by Koodo.
2)    Clear the cache and cookies of the browser you are using.
3)    Try using a different web browser. If another browser works, it is most likely an issue with your first browser. Try re-installing and checking its built in security features.
4)    Try using a different device. If it works with another device, then there is a chance the issue is related to fire-wall or anti virus installed on the device
5)    Shut down your router for a few minutes and turn it on. If you noticed it was very warm, you might want to consider replacing it. If it’s not too warm, then there is a chance their was a software glitch with it and restarting it will solve the issue
6)    If by now your issue still persists, try using a different network such as at Tim Hortons/McDonalds or by using your mobile phone’s data connection. If it works there, then there might be an issue with your ISP.
If you still have issues, call Koodo using *611 from your mobile phone. They are open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday. And 9am to 7pm on weekends.

I hope this helps, have a great day!
I know it's not from my end. I've tried on different browsers already, and both give me the same issue. It's not the internet, Koodo is the ONLY site I'm having this issue with. I'm browsing other sites with no problems.

Also, troubleshooting this issue myself isn't why I posted this question. Read the question, it's about how to contact koodo. I already tried calling them, I couldn't use my the *611 number on my cell phone because I'd run out of minutes and needed to add more. Their site is sort of working now, very slowly. Still, this is a problem and I need to be able to get a hold of someone at Koodo to let them know about this, without them charging me $5.

The message says fees MAY apply, not that they will. You are charged for having customer service make plan changes that can be made through self serve. NOT for simply talking to a rep.

ah. by the time I got to that part, I wasn't in a frame of mind to be listening very closely.

I've always found Koodo's prepaid self service site to be very very slow. It can sometimes take up to 5 minutes just to be able to log in.
Ah, so it's not just me.
