Home button does not work on moto g3. Incoming calls go only to voicemail and no notifications of who's messaging me, just the ding- a -ling
(empty)
Hi Daniel!
You can verify that the proper voicemail number in registered in the phone. It's different for each city, but the last four digits always start with 400. For example, XXX-XXX-400X. You can find that in Call Settings.
If your Notifications are set and you have already done a power cycle (on/off) of the phone, I suggest you verify your sound settings (Setting> Sound> Silent mode: off, Volume> Notifications: Turned up).
Concerning the home button not working, that sounds like a hardware malfunction. If you're still within the one year warranty, you should get your device checked out for possible repair. Here is info on the one year manufacturer's warranty: http://koo.do/JVO5Mk
Keep us updated on this 🙂

All I have is a shield icon symbolizing a security function and it is switched on in my notification advanced setting. Do I need your app down loaded ?
