Holiday specials...?

Is anyone aware of any holiday specials/promotions being offered for increased data on existing Koodo plans in Ontario?

Nobody will know until they happen Unfourtunatley so just keep an eye out for perhaps boxing day sales by watching Koodos website and social media accounts. Offers are changing daily it seems somewhere so you just have to be there to grab them when they come, before they go.

There is bonus data offers when you upgrade to a new phone. You can find the details on our site Peter.

**NEW INCOMING OFFER ** As of today, and until Dec. 19, Koodo is offering a $60/10GB plan for BYOD customers in BC, AB, and ON only. The plan also includes unlimited Canada-wide talk and text. The offer is not stackable with any other offers. So if your not a customer yet and bringing your own device or opening a new line you could take advantage of this offer.
Just to confirm. Is this for new customers only? I signed up and switched to Koodo a week ago. Are existing Koodo clients eligible?
Is this offer for new client only or can existing clients take advantage of the offer too?

Offer is for new bring your own device activations only, not available to current customers unless they are opening a new line on their account.

So you are telling me that you will give a better deal to someone off the street, than you will to a long time customer? Might be time to switch..

I think he is telling the fact. All big 3 are doing similarly for this plan, so everyone is guilty.

Also I'm not giving anyone a deal Koodo is lol. Cancel and then sign back up or start another line and you'll get the deal. Just keep in mind that once you want a tab with koodo you will lose he plan so only good if your going to pay full price for your own device elsewhere when the time comes to upgrade. Also other carriers who offering this plan you have the plan for 2 years then it gets cut down to 5gb.... This is in the fine print, the others play games Koodo doesnt.

I tried to get the deal today at local mall store, I have been existing for a few years now.  it is only for new activations.  But I can cancel if I want and get the deal at virgin/fido or rogers. How does koodo plan to retain the current clientele?

Virgin /fido has the same restrictions. You should also ask what they plan to do to retain the current clientele

I don't think there is a $60/month for 10gigs on Bring Your Own Device plans in Ontario. The only thing available is the extra 2 gig data promo.

It is Jenn, available in stores for now. Could be gone soon though.  As always, some restrictions apply.

Bernard, And this is only available to new customers? Anything for existing customers? I'm wondering why nothing is being advertised at all? Thanks

Existing customers who add a line can have it of course. Time to bring family members over. :-)
