Hi Wilfredo, can you tell us which model phone you have?

[b]Edit: Leagoo M7 seen from your other post. According to the manufacturers site, I see two versions; E and A. If you have the 'A' version, it should work with Koodo on 3G only. The E version is not compatible with Koodo's network.

Its Leagoo M7 and Doogee X30. Thanks for your reply

The Doogee X30 should be compatible with Koodo's 3G network and possibly LTE (2600 MHz). I edited my post above with additional info.

First, verify which Leagoo M7 you have. The A or the E version.
For the Doogee X30, yes, enter the APN settings and save them. No need to restart/reboot the phone.

I think you may have the E version Leagoo M7 which is not compatible with Koodo's network. Check the box the phone came in. Sometimes the model and version numbers are printed there.

Rikkster's advice aside, if the phone says "no sim" it means the phone cannot physically read the sim card. If it can't read the sim card then it can't connect whether it's compatible or not.
