Hi, it's been 2 months using Koodo service and till now I am not able to send messages. What's the problem?

Do you have data enabled? Also check if you have a data block on your account. Log into self serve and check your add ons for it.

What App are you using, and what error message are you seeing?

I have selected unlimited text messages in my base plan. But I am not able to send messages from my phone. It shows fail to send message.
