help wont credit account


i hooked up my new s730m samsung and it gave me 20$ credit i also bought 25$ and tried adding the 35$ bundle and it doesnt work i only have the 15$ help me pleasse

Hi Kezar, oh... I hope you didn't activate the regular base plan first? If so, you'll need to call Koodo (*611) and they'll probably be able to change your plan for you 🙂
