Help with outlook

My mobile provider is bell. My phone is Motorola G3.

In February, I received notice of changes to email services from bell. Their changes pushed my email to their online service.

My clients and work use Outlook email and calendar. Now, I don't have access to my calendar from my phone. Bell provided an automated setup, but it switched me to bell email. I complained and they said that they have no relationship with outlook.

how do I get outlook back on my phone. I have installed six times the outlook from the playstore. It shows emails to Feb 15, 2016 and will not sync.

This is a help forum for Koodo customers. I recommend getting in touch with Bell for anything specific to Bell.

If your work is providing you with Outlook email, chances are that it's through an Office 365 subscription. That requires a different setup than a regular Outlook.com account. Though it could be through Exchange. In any case, the above link provides instructions for each type of account.
