Help! My Huawei Ascend Y330 Doesn't Recognize the Network or my Koodo SIM card

I have a Huawei Ascend Y330 that I bought in Spain. I don't know if it matters, but I bought it from Orange, although it is an unlocked phone as far as I can tell. I am trying to use my koodo SIM card in it, but the phone doesn't seem to recognize the network. It sees my phone number, but I can't make calls or send text messages. Is there anything I can do to make it work? I've tried turning it off and on, no cigar.

Hi Lianna, there are two versions of that phone. Check the model number, if it's Y330-U01/U11 then unfortunately it's not compatible with Koodo
