Help, I'm stuck on telus 3G.


Switched from telus pre paid to Koodo pre paied, still says my provider is telus and my data is not working. I'm able to text though.

You don't have to worry about it saying Telus... I often get that as well. As for data, did you add a data booster and have you checked your APN settings? http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/data/how-do-i-setup-data-on-my-non-koodo-phone

So you have data now? Sometimes it takes a reboot too, but glad you got it all sorted 🙂
