Hi Jonathan,

When are you seeing this? During the bootup? Could you by any chance take a picture of the screen so that we can have a better idea of what it is?

How long has it been stuck on that screen? Seems like maybe an update?

Did you get any notification of installing an update on the phone?

Have you shut it down at all or have you been letting it run?

Hi Jonathan,

I was able to find information on the Warranty Bit 1 error message/flag.

"The KNOX Warranty Bit detects if a non-KNOX kernel has been loaded on the device. It is a one-time programmable bit in e-fuse, (qfuse), which can only be turned from 0X0 to 0X1, (i.e. burned). If a non-KNOX boot loader or kernel has been installed on the device, KNOX can no longer guarantee the security of the KNOX container. As a result, the Warranty Bit will be burned to 0X1, indicating that this device can no longer use the KNOX container service".

The best place to start would be over at XDA Developers, (see Resources). I've provided some other links that may be of interest or use. If none of this tech stuff appeals to you, you can send the S3 in for repair. You'll be paying out of pocket for the repair because a Warranty Bit 1 flag voids the manufacturers' warranty, (if applicable).
