I can register for self serve won't let me put my number in then says the info I put in is wrong help!?

Hi Ash, If you're having difficulty getting your self serve account set up, I'd suggest calling customer service and have them help set up your account properly. You can dial *611 from your Koodo phone and press 0 a few times to speak with a rep. It's a free call. Their hours of operation are as follows: Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm Hope that helps
