Haven't been able to connect with customer service since yesterday

I'm trying to get my phone reconnected, but I haven't been able to contact koodo. I called them four times yesterday, was on hold for a total of three hours. Anyone been having this problem?

They seems to be overwhelmed with calls right now, after the Black Friday event and today is Saturday also. I would try to call early in the morning to avoid the peak hours.
Really? That busy? So should I keep my phone on hold for hours? Thanks for the tip

Last time I called, there was an option to make them call you back. I would do it.

I've never had that option? How do you access it? Or is it just offered?

I called 3,4 days ago, it was there, when I chose the option to talk to an agent. I don't know if it still there.

I have the option to talk to an agent, nothing else. What number does it ask you to press?

I just tried, but didn't see it, that was strange. Maybe a Koodo rep could answer why. Btw, I used the virtual assistant with Koodo. It told me to call 1855 205 2112. Maybe it is a faster number, I don't know. I would suggest you use another line to call that one and see. (so you don't lose your waiting spot with 611)

If your payment arrangement wasn't accepted because of a larger amount still outstanding than that or some of it would have to be covered before a line can be reconnected.
