have not recieved the bill for the remaining amount owing on my tab so i can pay it off


i had the galaxy ace 2 x and had $130 remaining on the tab, and i clicked pay off my tab , and it said on my next monthly bill i would see this amount added and i would just pay it off like any other bill but i havnt gotten it yet, and i just got a text from koodo saying ive reached my $200 credit limit and i need to make a payment today to keep my phone active to avoid a reconnection fee?

Yes when the current charges you currently owe for your monthly service fee I'm assuming this would put you over your $200 spending cap. I would suggest making a partial payment to bring your spending cap below $200 to prevent interuption. I would also call the payment department and inform them of this. dial #227 on your handset and they will protect your account from interuptions until your payments come in.

This should be looked into, then. That's a bit of an issue for customers upgrading and getting their old Tab billed out to them.

The problem, is allowing those that are on SLP to actually have a negative tab.

If you're approved for SIM only (have to pay for phone), then you can't use negative Tab during SLP. I think you can if you were approved for Tab but were put on SLP?

There's 3 credit types with Koodo. SLP with no tab, SLP with tab, and no SLP with Tab.

And the 4th: denied service entirely and told to go prepaid. 😞 Happened twice today already, otherwise we'd have 3 sales as of now...
