Have data but cannot connect. Cannot download photos sent by text.


I have a data plan but have been unable to connect to any internet other than the wireless in my house. Have taken it to a kiosk and they couldn't figure out what was blocking my data. Also unable to download photos sent by text - also being blocked. I've had my phone (samsung galaxy s2) and plan for 7 months+ and have never been able to use these options.

Is there perhaps a data block on your account? Did you call Koodo to ask?

If you go in your Self Serve > Plans & Add-Ons it should show if you have a data block.

No blocks - It just says I have 1GB data.

Just did - thanks! They were incorrect. Called Koodo and got it sorted out.
