got a replacement phone because my other one didnt work ( would not hold charge) now this new ohine i got in the mail says no sim card

Usually you would put the SIM card from your old phone in the new.

If you no longer have it, you can get a new SIM at a Koodo point of sale, and update the information in Self Serve to attach the new SIM to your account.

You have to take the SIM from your old phone and put it in the new one. If it doesn't fit or something isn't working, you can get a new SIM from a Koodo retailer.
