Hello, I'm a Koodo customer on a monthly plan, the 2X45 (unlimited calls and SMSs / 3Gb data), and am presently using a Koodo Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 X, GT-S7560M cellphone, running Android 4.0.4 that was purchased at your Rockland Mall Boutique.
I have just received as a.gift a Leagoo Elite 5 (5.5" screen) cellphone running Android 5.1 which I am told is worldwide unlocked and can be used with any compatible service provider. They could confirm Telus, but I was told that Koodo wasn't in the list (neither were the other smaller services, Fido and Virgin...).
What I would like to know is how to proceed in order to change phones without loosing or handicaping my monthly plan and its contents whatsoever?
Do I need to visit my original boutique, or any other of Koodo's boutiques?
Or is it as simple as just moving the SIM card from one phone to the other?
Then again, could I do it myself online, following some presented instructions and providing required information?
