I waited on hold for 30 minutes to ask about getting the 10 Gig data plan for $60. I've been a Koodo customer for nearly 10 years. They put me thru and told me it would be up to 2 hours. I said OK. They put me thru, I waited over 2 hours on hold, then the automated voice gave me a cue and hung up on me. This is seriously garbage. If you can;t deal with the incoming calls don't people on hold. what a waste of time. Going to Telus to pick up the same deal if I don't receive this plan today.
