Get my Data service working again, please :)


My data service is not working at all. When I call 611, I have no option for tech support for data services. Why? How can I get this working?

Try removing the battery and sim for a few mins and try again. Also check your APN settings: http://mobilemasters.koodomobile.com/tag/apn-settings/

Powered off Pulled battery and SIM card Held power button for 10sec to completely discharge power. Waited about 1min Reinserted SIM and battery Powered on again. All working now. Thank you so much!
