generic error on prepeid login


Why am I getting a generic error message when logging in to my prepaid account? Have tried resetting password.

Tried different browser (IE) and cleaned cache. Still same error

Okay so you'll need to call into Koodo customers service after 10am at *611. It's a free call. They'll give you a temporary password so you can login.
