Galaxy s4 display color problem (black)

So I recently sent my Galaxy s4 away for a warranty issue (battery problem) and they sent me a "new" phone as its replacement, I assume it's refurbished though. The phone is working great aside from when I'm taking a darker picture or viewing a picture with dark colors in it. Black colors will clump together and look like blocks, I'm not sure why it's doing this, it does it in pictures and videos, and I know for a fact the pictures weren't like that before. They're only like it on my phone. I took a screenshot of the problem but I don't know if it will show up for anyone else or not, I have a feeling I'll see the problem but you won't.. I have zero access to any computer or anthing to upload a picture the other way lol Also when I scroll, the color tends to move off the picture a little bit and when I stop it goes back to where it was on the photo before How can I fix this problem? I tried changing the display settings screen mode but nothing fixes it :(

I don't see it in your picture. So it's probably just your phone. You can bring your phone back to the kiosk and send it out for warranty repairs or replacement (at koodo's discretion) ..

If they do that, everything will be wiped again.. I have a game which I lost all before and I just got back to where I was on it lol 😞 I'm hoping there's a fix in the settings someone may know about

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done on that end, it might be a lens problem and not software. Also when you send in your Phone, they send you a AS NEW phone that is basically refurbished. Companies don't send brand new phones even if you had an iPhone and AppleCare+ you wouldn't be receiving a brand new phone, but a refurbished one.

The replacement phone also has a warranty . If there's a defect it should be covered.
