Galaxy s10 internet connectivity while roaming


I have used my galaxy s10 phone without issue for approx 1 month, including yesterday.

Today i was travelling and the internet features are not working (eg: internet, google maps, etc). The phone and text features work but not internet. 

I checked and have lots of data room available and my bill is fully paid.

If it worked yesterday, I think the issue could be from the local roaming network. I would suggest you try to manually select network to other and see if that helps. When you roamed, Koodo has multiple partners and the phone could switch to various network. Btw, which country are you traveling to?

Also try restarting your phone.  That fixes most things majority of the time.

Have you enabled data use while roaming? It’s  a separate setting on most phones that would be necessary in order to use data while outside of .
