I've noticed a lot of complaints about lower-end Android devices and a noticeable decline in performance and usability. The community has been quite helpful in guiding users through various steps to remedy these problems, but many casual users will be frustrated by doing this "maintenance" work on a regular basis. I use an app for my Android devices that makes device cleaning a breeze. It's called Clean Master and can be found here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard&hl=en Disclaimer: I do not work for, nor am I affiliated with Ksmobile (app developer). My suggestion is based on my own satisfaction with the app and I believe that it could help a lot of users. Perhaps Koodo could place something like this in the FAQ section.

It works, I have Clean Master installed on a couple of older devices. Android Assistant isn't bad either. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.advancedprocessmanager&feature=more_from_developer#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwMiwiY29tLmFkdmFuY2VkcHJvY2Vzc21hbmFnZXIiXQ..

Laggy is when things seem to hesitate or "lag" when scrolling through screens or opening apps/games. I've tried clean master and it works good. I use cache cleaner pro and memory booster pro & set them up to work automatically at a user specified time period or threshold so you can set it and forget it and just have your lag disappear the possible amount it can. Here's the download links to the apps I mentioned above. Cache cleaner Pro - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.infolife.cachepro Memory Booster Pro - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=imoblife.memorybooster.full *there's a free version of both apps as well*
