Hi Revecca,

Here are the steps to take to send your phone out for repairs:

  1. Go to a Koodo retail location near you. Please note this has to be a Koodo kiosk and not a third-party seller like WalMart and Bestbuy. You can find your nearest store here.
  2. You will be able to send the phone off for repairs. If you are within the first year, then as long as the damage is not accidental and there is no liquid damage to the phone, it should be fixed under warranty. If it is not covered by warranty you can still send it off and they will give you a call back with an estimate which you can then approve or decline. If you decline, you will not be charged anything and the phone will be returned as is to the kiosk you brought the phone to.
  3. When your at the kiosk, you will have an option to take a loaner phone out while your phone is out for repairs. They try to keep it to something similar that you have but it all depends what is currently available at the kiosk (They ended up giving me a BB bold while my GS4 was out for repairs...)
  4. Once the repairs are completed, the phone will be sent back to the Koodo kiosk you brought it to initially and you will get a call as soon as you can pick it up.
In most cases, you can also track the repair in your selfserve account.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
