Everything they are doing wrong. I don't understand how Koodo continuing their business.


Really annoying trying to change my # and my plan, getting same messages last two days such as " an error has occurred ............", and " your session has expired................". I never had this kind experience in Canada and they don't take call. Everything they are doing wrong. I don't understand how Koodo continuing their business.

Koodo manages to stay in business because it's more geared towards SELF service. Many people find it absolutely fantastic to never have to speak with a rep. There is many solutions on how to try and resolve the issue whether it's clearing your browsers cache or trying a different one all together. Hope you can get what your looking for.
