Error when log into Self Serve on Samsung s6 edge on 1Gb postpaid plan


Login to Self Serve error says
"the account manager for this account needs to approve your request for access"
What does this mean?

Sounds like your account was set up with you as a user, not the owner. You'll have to call in to get this changed. Don't worry about the announcement about fees being charged, as they are charged only for changes you could have made yourself.
