Thanks Dennis! Just had to do the manual setup and ensure the proper server name. Now good to go!

Is the server not getting information rigth os tray gen make sure if small use lower case if is upper case I hope this help you

if not may be hardware...
after the reset donsent help you may take it back koodo mobile thay falsh the phone lol
